Summary: | This report is the culmination of 18 month’s investigation by the Sustainable Development Commission into how neighbourhood regeneration can be made more sustainable. By undertaking such an investigation we sought to identify what makes a regeneration programme sustainable, and what needs to be done to ensure that future regeneration programmes combine positive economic, social and environmental outcomes. The report is based on results from 46 case studies. |
